Job Title: Quality Assurance Manager

What's the Job?
- Lead enterprise-wide Quality Assurance initiatives across diverse technology programs, including transformation, cloud, SAP, data, and digital platforms.
- Develop and implement modern QA strategies aligned with the organization’s digital and AI-driven objectives.
- Oversee QA delivery across multiple projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
- Establish governance processes, defect standards, and go-live readiness criteria to ensure seamless project execution.
- Promote a culture of quality, accountability, continuous improvement, and innovation within the QA teams.
- 6 years of experience in Quality Assurance, with demonstrated leadership in managing large teams and enterprise projects.
- Proven expertise in Agile/SAFe delivery frameworks, testing methodologies, and QA governance.
- Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, JIRA, Katalon, Playwright, JMeter, and LoadRunner.
- Strong understanding of automation, performance testing, and integration testing, with familiarity in Web, Mobile, and Desktop applications.
- Knowledge of GenAI technologies for QA, including Gemini, OpenAI, and Copilot, to drive innovation in testing practices.
