- Coordinate and oversee the setup of new client accounts ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
- Lead and support onboarding activities, including scheduling and conducting training sessions for clients.
- Manage and supervise team members, providing guidance and escalation support as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Customer Support, IT, and Finance to maintain data integrity.
- Identify opportunities to improve implementation workflows and processes for enhanced efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Experience with project coordination or management, preferably in a healthcare or diagnostics environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); Salesforce CFM knowledge is a plus.
