- Review, analyze, and modify programming systems to ensure optimal performance and functionality.
- Encode, test, debug, and document programs to support project requirements.
- Collaborate with team members and project leaders to implement technical solutions.
- Follow instructions and pre-established guidelines to complete assigned tasks efficiently.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to maintain system integrity.
- Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 0-3 years of experience in programming or software development.
- Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within the field.
- Ability to work under immediate supervision and follow instructions diligently.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
