Our client, a leader in the financial services industry, is seeking a Program Manager IV- to join their team. As a Program Manager IV-, you will be part of the Fraud & Risk department supporting cross-functional teams and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?

• Oversee and execute projects related to new system and tool implementation within Fraud & Risk.
• Partner with leadership, development, engineering teams, and third-party vendors to ensure project success.
• Define project scope, create detailed timelines, and manage dependencies to ensure timely delivery.
• Establish project governance, roles, responsibilities, and escalation paths for effective decision-making.
• Maintain proactive stakeholder engagement and communicate project updates, changes, and risks effectively.
  
  
  

What's Needed?

• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience in banking, financial services, or software industries.
• 5 years of project management or relevant consulting experience.
• Knowledge of payments, fintech, and banking industries.
• Experience leading large projects, achieving goals, and driving success.
