What’s the Job?
- Operate production equipment for manufacturing and assembly of clinical and commercial products
- Perform balancing tasks while maintaining strict tolerance and quality standards
- Interpret blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions accurately
- Enter and track production data using computer systems
- Follow safety procedures and ensure compliance with manufacturing guidelines
- High school diploma or GED required
- 2–4 years of manufacturing or mechanical experience
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in precision work
- Ability to stand for extended periods and use computers
