What’s the Job?
- Partner with the Executive Producer to manage day-to-day production and workflow for various projects.
- Identify, communicate, track, and report on individual tasks and work items across multiple disciplines.
- Coordinate across internal and external teams to deliver quality on time (features, content, events, testing).
- Collaborate to remove blockers and actively unblock workflows using existing solutions or implementing new tools.
- Review and provide informed feedback on development schedules and roadmaps.
- 5 years of experience in a video game Production or Project Management role.
- At least 2 shipped titles credited as Producer on PC and/or Console games.
- Ability to identify gaps, product needs proactively, and drive continuous quality improvement.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Teams, Office tools, and other project management platforms.
- Excellent verbal, written, and social communication skills.
