What's the Job?
- Collect blood specimens from study participants accurately and efficiently within the facility.
- Assist with participant recruitment, screening, and obtaining informed consent.
- Schedule and coordinate study visits and specimen collection timelines to ensure smooth operations.
- Document study-related data meticulously in electronic or paper case report forms.
- Maintain compliance with study protocols, IRB guidelines, and regulatory standards while communicating effectively with all stakeholders.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in a health or science-related field preferred.
- Completion of an accredited phlebotomy training program.
- 2-5 years of experience in phlebotomy and/or clinical research preferred.
- Proficiency in venipuncture, capillary blood collection, and specimen handling techniques.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with familiarity in clinical research protocols, GCP, and GDP.
