Description Of Engagement
W/2 employee rate is 85.00 per hour with benefits.
Provide senior-level business analysis support for the (SFS) PeopleSoft Financials environment.
Responsibilities include gathering and documenting business requirements, facilitating meetings with business and technical staff, analyzing existing business processes, supporting system design discussions, evaluating delivered PeopleSoft functionality, assisting with testing activities, and supporting implementation and production support efforts.
The consultant will work closely with functional teams, technical teams, and agency stakeholders to support enhancements, projects, integrations, defect resolution, and ongoing operational support across multiple Financials modules.

Minimum Qualifications
- Six or more years of business analysis experience in a PeopleSoft environment in each of at least five of the following knowledge areas (as defined by the International Institute of Business Analysis’ “A Guide to the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge ® {BABOK® Guide}”):
- business analysis planning and monitoring
- elicitation and collaboration
- requirements life cycle management
- strategy analysis
- requirements analysis and design definition
- solution evaluation
- Six or more years of experience in reading and creating SQLs.
- Six or more years of experience using an understanding of PeopleSoft architecture and table structures.
- Four or more years of experience performing business analysis in the PeopleSoft module(s) Billing, Accounts Receivable, eBill Payment, or Cash Management.
- Four or more years of experience facilitating requirements and design sessions with the end user community.
- Experience working in a large-scale public sector or government PeopleSoft Financials environment.
- Experience with upgrades, implementations, and new projects.
- Experience documenting business requirements, functional documentation and business processes.
- Experience with Customer and Billing Interfaces.
