- Coordinate projects by developing detailed plans to achieve organizational goals
- Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to clients and stakeholders
- Recruit, assign, direct, and evaluate team members, overseeing staff development
- Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand to assess project feasibility
- Manage the integration of technical activities across various project phases
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in project management
- Verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of production processes, quality control, and cost management
- Proficiency with computer software such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, and Visio
- Financial Sector experience preferred
