What's the Job?
- Troubleshoot and support network-related issues, collaborating with remote support analysts
- Deploy and configure new network infrastructure, including physical installation and cabling
- Coordinate with vendors for fiber and copper cable installation and troubleshooting
- Support wired, wireless, LAN, and WAN technologies to ensure reliable network connectivity
- Assist with project planning and execution for infrastructure upgrades and new implementations
- Experience in wired, wireless, LAN, and WAN network support
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve network issues efficiently
- Effective communication skills, both oral and written
- Knowledge of ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems is a plus
