- Process asset Change Orders received from customers in a timely and accurate manner
- Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date records within internal databases and web-based applications
- Manage and update the Change Order Tracker to support operational visibility
- Participate in or lead weekly meetings internally and with customers
- Maintain and update all related process documentation to ensure consistency and compliance
- Highly detail-oriented with the ability to create structure when inputs are inconsistent or demanding
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across multiple teams
- Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, databases, or workflow management tools is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, maintaining alignment with program standards
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset
