As a Maintenance Manager, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the maintenance team. Location : Caledonia, WI (near Franklin, WI)
Pay Range : Up to $135,000
What's the Job?
- Lead refrigeration, building, grounds, and equipment maintenance functions, including improvement initiatives and process changes.
- Oversee the day-to-day maintenance and repair of ammonia refrigeration equipment and systems performed by on-site staff or contractors.
- Manage all maintenance and technical needs for the facility while ensuring timely repair and on-track preventative maintenance schedules.
- Collaborate with the warehouse management team on safety, equipment utilization, and emergency preparedness.
- Maintain all inspection, audit, and maintenance records, participating in facility audits and compliance reviews.
