- Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Business Execution.
- Review and analyze multifaceted Business Execution challenges requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors.
- Contribute to resolving complex situations by leveraging understanding of policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate strategically with client personnel to ensure successful project delivery.
- Support and participate in large-scale planning related to Business Execution deliverables.
- 5 years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work, training, military experience, or education.
- Experience with LoanIQ and syndication processes.
- Attention to detail and strong communication skills.
- Commercial loan experience is essential.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexibility to work later hours when required.
