- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technology projects within the organization.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are achieved on time and within scope.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets to align with strategic objectives.
- Manage project interdependencies and communicate progress effectively to stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring operational readiness and compliance throughout project lifecycle.
- 8-10 years of experience managing technology projects, preferably within a regulated environment.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, GitLab, and Microsoft SharePoint.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and project delivery frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Relevant certifications such as PMP or PMI are preferred.
