Job Title:Industrial Services Process Engineer

What's the Job?
- Lead process design, analysis, troubleshooting, and optimization for utilities and water systems including boilers, steam, cooling, and water treatment.
- Identify and execute opportunities to improve system capacity, reliability, efficiency, and operating costs.
- Support capital projects through scope development, design reviews, equipment selection, and commissioning activities.
- Develop and maintain control narratives, SOPs, P&IDs, and operational documentation to ensure compliance and safety standards.
- Provide technical coaching, training, and troubleshooting support to operations and maintenance teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 3-8 years of experience in process engineering, utilities, or water/wastewater treatment within industrial manufacturing environments.
- Experience with process improvement, commissioning, troubleshooting, and cross-functional technical projects.
- Strong knowledge of water treatment, boiler and steam systems, cooling systems, and utility operations.
- Experience with PLC/DCS control systems, alarms, interlocks, P&IDs, and technical documentation.
