- Support the migration of legacy MSP partners ensuring data integrity and process adherence.
- Perform high-volume migration tasks with precision and attention to detail.
- Investigate and troubleshoot migration blockers by identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for partners during the migration process, providing clear and professional updates.
- Maintain accurate records and track migration progress within Salesforce and Excel, managing inquiries and technical issues via Zendesk.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and reporting.
- Experience using Salesforce for data management and tracking.
- Demonstrated experience with Zendesk or similar ticket management systems.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data sets and identify root causes.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills suitable for external partner interactions.
