- Perform proper system installation, including hardware and software upgrades on medical systems
- Handle service repair calls and conduct scheduled preventive maintenance
- Provide accurate service records for quality management and regulatory compliance
- Manage work-related travel efficiently and communicate effectively with team members
- Support company initiatives related to quality, environmental management, and regulatory standards
- Associates or technical degree required; relevant experience is acceptable
- Bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering preferred
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work with mechanical tools
- Experience in a medical device environment is advantageous
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
