What's the Job?
- Provide technical leadership for designing, validating, and deploying engineered labor standards and labor management systems at the distribution center.
- Conduct detailed time studies and improve labor standards for core warehouse functions using statistical sampling methodologies.
- Configure and maintain LMS standards, validate system logic, and troubleshoot system issues to ensure operational accuracy.
- Analyze productivity data, identify performance gaps, and drive continuous improvement initiatives using data-driven techniques.
- Support the implementation of performance-based incentive programs and deliver training on labor standards and LMS functionalities.
- 7-10 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics engineering, industrial engineering, or labor standards.
- Proven experience leading large-scale productivity improvement projects in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Proficiency with Tier 1 LMS systems, preferably NextView, and experience implementing incentive-based compensation programs.
- Strong knowledge of LEAN principles and process optimization techniques.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage stakeholders effectively across various levels of the organization.
