Job Title:Engineering - Project Manager

What's the Job?
- Lead capital investment projects supporting manufacturing operations from concept through commissioning
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and vendor performance to ensure successful delivery
- Develop project plans, cost estimates, and execution strategies for facility and equipment improvements
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Maintenance, Quality, and external contractors
- Ensure compliance with GMP, FDA, ISO, and safety standards throughout project lifecycle
- Technical/Engineering Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of applicable experience or Master's degree with 3 years
- Experience managing manufacturing equipment and facility improvement projects
- Proficiency in project management tools and engineering software such as MS Office and SolidWorks/PDM
- Knowledge of GMP, FDA, ISO standards, and regulatory compliance
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills
