What’s the Job?
- Manage complex calendars across multiple senior leaders (VP and Sr. Director level), ensuring alignment with business priorities
- Coordinate recurring leadership meetings, team ceremonies, and ad hoc working sessions
- Support end-to-end travel logistics (flights, hotels, itineraries) for senior leadership
- Maintain organization across leadership priorities, documents, and communication threads
- 3–6 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or administrative support in a corporate environment
- Experience supporting multiple senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, matrixed organization
- Strong organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and maintain composure under pressure
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and collaboration tools
