What's the Job?
- Support the eCommerce CX Manager in consumer experience, insight generation, innovation, and activation activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, media, and agencies to improve brand KPIs and consumer experience.
- Manage creative development processes, including insight generation, competitive analysis, and legal review.
- Oversee daily operations of the Product Information Management (PIM) systems, ensuring content syndication to retailers.
- Analyze performance metrics and consumer feedback to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and growth.
- BA or equivalent college degree in marketing, business, or related field.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in marketing, brand management, digital marketing, or eCommerce.
- Experience with eCommerce platforms and content management systems such as Salsify & Syndigo.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
