Documentation Specialist II

Our client, the energy and industrial sector, is seeking a Documentation Specialist II to join their team. As a Documentation Specialist II, you will be part of the project support team supporting documentation and information management efforts. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Documentation Specialist II

Location: The Woodlands, TX

Pay Range: 48.21/hr

What's the Job?

• Coordinate between the Project Team and Operations to define documentation and information transfer processes.
• Develop and manage Documents For Operations (DFO) strategies, ensuring stakeholder requirements are met.
• Ensure contractor and supplier documentation meet contract requirements for operational handover.
• Plan and facilitate DFO workshops, training sessions, and review processes.
• Monitor progress of DFO deliverables, identify gaps, and provide resolutions to ensure timely handover.
  
  
  

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in technical or engineering disciplines preferred.
• Experience with document management, IT systems, and tools related to operations support.
• Advanced proficiency in information management practices.
• Understanding of documentation needs in oil and gas or chemical facilities.
