As a Document Control Analyst/ Labeling Specialist, you will be part of the Quality Assurance Department supporting labeling and documentation processes. What's the Job?
- Ensure labeling compliance with quality management system (QMS), regulatory requirements, and standard operating procedures.
- Support ongoing updates related to hazard communication, regulatory compliance projects, and other specialized initiatives.
- Initiate change orders for new and revised labels using electronic documentation management systems.
- Identify issues with label template design to promote standardization and process optimization.
- Utilize multiple systems to gather data supporting change orders, updating bill of materials, batch records, and labels.
What's Needed?
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technical software and systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, especially Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, summaries, relationships).
- Strong problem-solving skills with experience in troubleshooting and process improvement.
- Ability to work independently on assignments and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a results-oriented approach.
