What's the Job?
- Lead ServiceNow modernization initiatives, ensuring successful transition of modules and workflows.
- Oversee digital enablement activities, including defining, developing, and executing resources to support platform adoption.
- Coordinate with technical, product, risk, legal, and security teams to ensure alignment on platform transformation.
- Develop and execute communication strategies to promote awareness and adoption across user groups.
- Design and implement training programs tailored to ServiceNow modules, fulfillment processes, and new digital workflows.
- Minimum five years of experience with digital enablement, organizational change management, or technology adoption initiatives.
- Strong experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, HRSD, CSM, Knowledge, and Request/Workflow Management.
- Experience leading modernization or migration efforts within large enterprise environments.
- Ability to create compelling communications and educational content.
- Project management experience with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams.
