Key Responsibilities
Network & Infrastructure Support
- Install and support Cisco workgroup switches (programming new switches, patching fiber/copper, port modifications).
- Provide support for network, domain, and server environments as needed.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot PC hardware (Dell, HP, etc.).
- Install additional hardware components (Ethernet cards, memory, etc.).
- Support server hardware installations (Dell).
- Install and support software on PCs and servers (Microsoft, Symantec, SCCM).
- Provide maintenance and updates through SCCM as required.
- Support installation and troubleshooting of printers and barcode readers (HP, Xerox, Zebra).
- Manage users, groups, policies, and general AD maintenance.
- Standard business hours (Mon–Fri)
- No on-call rotation
- Quarterly Saturday work may be required for planned maintenance activities
