What's the Job?
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment in mission-critical environments while following established procedures and safety protocols.
- Conduct inspections and testing to ensure proper grounding, labeling, and overall system integrity.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults, replacing or repairing components as needed to restore functionality.
- Support system upgrades and infrastructure refresh projects, including panel modifications, cable routing, and equipment commissioning.
- Monitor electrical systems for anomalies, alarms, or failures and respond promptly to maintain operational continuity.
- Follow safety standards, participate in hazard assessments, and contribute to a culture of operational excellence.
- Collaborate with facility operations teams to support the reliability of critical infrastructure systems.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required; vocational training or apprenticeship in electrical systems preferred.
- 8 years of experience as an Electrician, Electrical Technician, Electrical Maintenance Technician, Electrical Engineer, or Electrical Maintenance Engineer.
- Experience supporting mission-critical environments such as data centers, hospitals, manufacturing facilities, utilities, or refineries.
- Knowledge of electrical distribution systems, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance practices.
- OSHA 10 and NFPA 70E certifications preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to perform effectively under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills and a commitment to workplace safety.
