What's the Job?
- Negotiate and manage contracts related to IT agreements, including Professional Services, software licenses, SaaS, data licensing, hardware, telecom, SOWs, and Order Forms.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as technical leads, risk management, tax, and legal to ensure contracts protect company interests and meet organizational policies.
- Redline contract documents, review terms, and negotiate to achieve fair and equitable agreements with vendors and contractors.
- Work closely with outside legal counsel to draft, review, and finalize contractual documents.
- Support project teams by ensuring contractual compliance and alignment with project requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- At least 5 years of experience in contract negotiation and management, specifically with IT-related agreements.
- Proven ability to negotiate terms and conditions effectively with vendors and contractors.
- Strong collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and legal counsel.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
