- Lead execution of multiple cross-functional strategic and technology acceleration programs across PS Strategy and STAR, ensuring clear priorities, alignment, and outcomes
- Define project scopes, milestones, owners, timelines, and success measures to keep initiatives on track
- Manage progress across multiple programs simultaneously, proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans
- Bring structure, pace, and operational rigor to programs—from strategy and planning through incubation, execution, and follow-through
- Support leadership meetings, strategy reviews, offsites, and team engagements with high-quality preparation and execution
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Strategy, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred
- 12 years of experience in program management, strategy, business operations, consulting, or closely related roles
- Strong program and project management capabilities, with experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentation development
