- Support end-to-end product delivery aligned with Agile principles, product strategy, and customer value.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities to move work from ideation through delivery, focusing on outcomes.
- Establish clear methods for onboarding and evaluating new work, supporting intake and prioritization processes.
- Identify, escalate, and resolve risks, impediments, and dependencies impacting delivery outcomes.
- Facilitate PI Planning and quarterly execution, ensuring scope, dependencies, and risks are well-prepared and visible.
- Experience leading large planning efforts across multiple teams or product areas.
- Strong understanding of Agile and Product methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and PI Planning.
- Ability to translate business priorities into coordinated delivery execution.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Jira and planning tools to support PI objectives and roadmap execution.
