What's the Job?
- Support execution of the brands FOH strategy, including commercial initiatives, merchandise, and operator-facing activations.
- Assist in developing the flavor innovation roadmap, trend scouting, concepting, and go-to-market planning.
- Lead innovation projects, including day-to-day project coordination, managing timelines, and stakeholder alignment.
- Coordinate with Operator Marketing and sales teams on sales enablement tools and initiatives.
- Contribute to brand-building efforts and support the growth of the flavor portfolio.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 2–4 years of experience in Brand Management, Marketing, Foodservice, CPG, or related fields.
- Passion for food, flavor trends, and dining culture.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Action-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
