What's the Job?
- Follow all safety and personnel policies to maintain a safe working environment.
- Set up and operate manual equipment such as Bridgeport mills, surface grinders, honing machines, broaching tools, and engine lathes.
- Operate CNC equipment as required to support manufacturing processes.
- Evaluate production equipment and work from blueprints, fixing parts without prints when necessary.
- Inspect own work using precision inspection tools to ensure compliance with blue print requirements.
- High School diploma or GED equivalent.
- Commitment to continuous learning and skill development in manufacturing and machining trades.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 40 lbs.
- Basic proficiency with inspection tools such as micrometers, calipers, and indicators.
- Willingness to participate in structured training, on-the-job learning, and online courses.
