What's the Job?
- Align and manage organization-wide AI product development initiatives to ensure strategic goals are met.
- Collaborate with business units to understand their needs, prioritize use cases, and adopt AI technologies effectively.
- Lead insight gathering, ideation, and development of innovative AI-powered business models.
- Establish Responsible AI Principles and collaborate with industry leaders, legal, and security teams to ensure compliance.
- Work closely with technology teams to develop AI products and promote their adoption across the organization.
- At least 10 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 8 years with a Master's degree.
- Experience in building and scaling AI platforms, especially leveraging Generative and Agentic AI for enterprise solutions.
- Deep understanding of AI applications in business, including machine learning fundamentals and algorithm development.
- Proven leadership in product development within multidisciplinary, cross-functional environments.
- Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a growth mindset and continuous learning attitude.
