- Support and enhance the Actimize Fraud (IFM) platform to meet risk management, legal, and regulatory obligations related to fraud detection and prevention.
- Design and implement workflows, plugins, and data integration pipelines within the Actimize platform.
- Develop custom rules and logic to optimize fraud detection capabilities.
- Perform system upgrades, troubleshoot complex issues, and provide on-call user support.
- Collaborate closely with business units and support teams to deliver system improvements and ensure operational excellence.
- Deep functional and technical expertise in Actimize Fraud (IFM) platform.
- Strong development skills for customizing and optimizing the platform.
- Experience in designing workflows, plugins, and data pipelines.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues effectively.
