Accounts Receivable Coordinator

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and licensing industry, is seeking a dedicated Accounts Receivable Coordinator to join their team. As an Accounts Receivable Coordinator, you will be part of the Finance Department supporting the Licensing Team.

Job Title: Accounts Receivable Coordinator

Location: Warren, MI

Pay Range: $20-$21 per hour

What's the Job?

• Receive, process, and review sales volume reports and invoices for licensing programs.
• Coordinate billing corrections, including preparing credit/debit invoices and follow-up billing activities.
• Follow up on past-due royalty payments and send collection notices to licensees.
• Serve as the primary contact for billing inquiries, payment status requests, and invoice support.
• Collaborate with Finance and internal stakeholders to resolve billing issues and ensure timely payments.
  
  
  

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED required; associate's degree in accounting or related field preferred.
• 2-4 years of financial and/or accounting experience.
• Proficiency in Excel and experience with account receivable tracking.
• Experience with past due billing and invoice processing.
• Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
