This position is responsible for the setup, execution, and cleanup of bar operations for events during AirVenture Oshkosh. In this position you will:
- Take beverage orders from guests
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks consistent with EAA’s standard drink recipes
- Maintain cleanliness of bar area
- Perform accurate record keeping for inventory and sales logs
Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills
- Basic knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
- Be able to work in a standing position for extended periods of time
- Previous experience is preferred, but not required. Training will be provided
- Be at least 18 years of age, but 21 is preferred
- Wisconsin Responsible Beverage Server Training Certificate and/or City of Oshkosh Operators License is preferred, but not required
Shifts are available starting Sunday, July 29 through Sunday, July 26.
All interviews will be held at the Aviation Museum, 3000 Poberezny Road in Oshkosh. Park in the museum guest parking lot and enter through the Education Center entrance. All new applicants must attend an interview. Returning staff do not need to attend an interview.
