As a Customer Enrollment Representative, you’ll play a key role in bringing that mission to life through direct outreach and sales initiatives, meaningful conversations, hands-on support, and genuine service to the people who need it most.
The Customer Enrollment Representative in Action:
- Engage directly with community members to educate them on accessible telecommunications programs and determine eligibility.
- Guide individuals through a simple enrollment process with care, empathy and transparency.
- Verify required documentation and ensure all submissions are complete, compliant, and timely.
- Create a welcoming, approachable environment while answering questions and explaining program benefits.
- Maintain detailed, accurate records of all interactions, enrollments, and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with field teams to support outreach events, community activations, and neighborhood-based enrollment initiatives.
- Represent the company and our telecom partners with integrity, empathy, and a strong commitment to service.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen outreach efforts and bring forward suggestions that improve the overall community experience.
Education & Experience needed for Customer Enrollment Representative:
- High school diploma or GED required; coursework in communications, business, or public service supports outreach and enrollment efforts.
- Experience in customer engagement, retail, or structured outreach, ideally within telecom or community-based service programs.
- Clear communication and strong organizational skills, with the ability to explain service options and eligibility requirements effectively.
- CRM proficient, maintaining accurate records, tracking service milestones, and supporting campaign performance metrics.
- Self-motivated and dependable, able to manage multiple outreach workflows in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.

Pay: $3,600.00 - $4,500.00 per month
