Experienced Roof & Gutter Cleaning LLC

Must live within 20 mins of our location and have a place to park a small/medium size van or box truck at home.

Schedule: Monday to Friday. 8 to 10 hour per day. 8am to 6pm. Full Time, Year Round. Must be at the client's house at 8 AM to start the day.

Role: Sales & Service Roof Cleaning Technician

How it works: You go to scheduled estimates at the client's home, sell the job, then do the job, typically the same day. If not the same day, you schedule it out. No cold calling. Our admin office handles some of the follow ups and communication with clients who did not buy.

Pay: $6,000 to $8,000 per month, full commission. You earn a percentage of the dollar amount of every job you book. No caps on earnings, no caps on how much you can make per hour. We also pay a higher percentage rate for jobs that you self generate (referrals, neighbors, etc). The more you hustle, the more you sell, the higher the price, the more you make per hour.

FULL COMMISSION role, not hourly pay. There is a lot of sales involved. This role is for a hustler, go getter, money motivated individual who wants to make as much money as possible and loves talking and interacting with people, not for the individual looking for a laid back hourly job.

You price the job. You determine how long the job will take, stay above the company minimum price per hour, and price it at whatever you think is best.

• $1,000 new hire cash: Paid out over your first 8 weeks working solo. Yours to keep when you stay 12 months.
• Paid Training: full technician and sales training. Technician training will be with our top trainers: Nathan, Jacob, Dwight. Sales training will be with our 4 year veteran sales trainer Mateo. You will learn how to sell high ticket jobs, finish them fast and make great money.
• You keep 100% of tips.
• 1 week paid vacation per year personal use WA sick time Paid Birthday Off 2 paid holidays per year. Thats almost 3 weeks of paid time off a year.

Job Requirements:

• 18 years old
• Willing to undergo background and drug test
• Some sales experience, or willingness to learn and do sales
• 1 year experienced REQUIRED in roof cleaning / roof repair / pressure washing / landscaping / construction / roofing / carpenter / or working with heights
• Live within 20 minutes of our location
• Have a place to park a small/medium sized van or box truck at your home.
• Ability to work on ladders and rooftops safely.
• You have a healthy respect for heights but aren't afraid of ladders or working on roofs.
• Strong attention to detail and a love for a job well done.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a clean driving record
