Role Description
This situation is extraordinary. It is a full-time, on-site Wealth Management Advisor role located in Dublin, OH. The Wealth Management Advisor will join a very successful team. They may or may not join a formal training program, depending on the experience of the Advisor. The team may provide relationships from their client base to the Advisor in addition to relationships the Advisor brings into the firm upon join. All of these become the Advisor's clients, as do any new relationships the Advisor sources. In addition, the Advisor will support the team with customized financial planning services, retirement planning solutions, and investment management advice, as warranted.

Qualifications
- Expertise in Financial Planning and Retirement Planning
- Strong knowledge of Investments and Finance
- Experience in Wealth Management Services and delivering client-centric solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in financial tools and planning software helpful
- Relevant certifications such as CFP® or equivalent are a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
- Commitment to providing top-tier client service and building long-term relationships
