Financial Planning Assistant

Growing financial advisory practice seeks an energetic, organized and financially minded individual with a high level of professionalism to become part of our team. This person will provide administrative and operations support for multiple advisors in the financial advisory practice. The ideal candidate will be pleasant, motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work individually as well as part of a team. This position requires the ability to learn quickly and function efficiently with limited daily supervision. The ideal candidate will have some financial services background, is committed to high quality customer service, and is self-motivated. We expect top performance and a positive attitude from all team members.

Administrative and Service responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

· Preparation and processing of paperwork related to client meetings

· Ensuring all documents and forms are accurate and complete

· Handling sensitive and confidential information with maximum discretion

· Working independently to research, manage, and resolve client service requests

· Providing fantastic customer rapport through positive demeanor, professional presence, and articulate communication skills

· Understanding of computer programs, and willingness to learn the proprietary systems used for day-to-day business

Requirements include:

· Ability to work independently or with a team

· Excellent communication skills on the phone or computer

· Ability to multi-task, while prioritizing duties

· Impeccable follow-through skills, with full focus on accuracy and details

· College degree preferred, not required

· Broker Dealer requires background check

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
