What You’ll Do
Be the Face of the Experience
- Build strong connections with international students (ages 12–18) and group leaders
- Create a fun, inclusive, and high-energy environment every day
- Act as a role model and ensure student safety and well-being at all times
Lead Students Through New York
- Guide students on excursions to top attractions and local hotspots
- Deliver engaging walking tours and share your knowledge of the city
- Manage logistics including transportation, tickets, and group coordination
- Keep activities on schedule while maintaining a positive group dynamic
Bring Activities to Life On Campus
- Help run sports, games, and evening events
- Set up and break down activity spaces and materials
- Encourage participation and keep energy levels high
Support Daily Campus Operations
- Assist with student arrivals, departures, and orientation
- Conduct room checks and help ensure accommodations meet program standards
- Supervise meal times and support dining operations
Ensure Safety & Structure
- Conduct nightly check-ins and enforce curfews
- Take on overnight supervision duties when scheduled
- Respond quickly and effectively in emergency situations
What We’re Looking For
Required:
- Deep knowledge of New York (landmarks, transportation, neighborhoods, and culture)
- Confident working with teenagers in a fast-paced, residential environment
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and adapt quickly
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
- Must have a smartphone with access to maps and messaging apps
Preferred:
- Experience working with youth, camps, schools, or international programs
- Experience leading tours, events, or group activities
- Background in education, recreation, hospitality, or a related field

Additional Details
- Full availability required for the program duration (dates to be confirmed)
- Evening and weekend work required
- Residential staff may be on-call outside scheduled hours (except days off)
