Experience Professional Care Solutions is hiring Care Providers to support clients located in Livingston and surrounding areas. Our office is based in Bozeman, but this position is specifically focused on serving clients in the Livingston community.

We serve clients throughout Bozeman, Belgrade, Manhattan, Three Forks, and Livingston.

Our caregivers help seniors and disabled adults remain safe, supported, and independent in the comfort of home. This work goes beyond completing tasks. It requires professionalism, reliability, good communication, and genuine respect for the people we serve.

At Experience Professional Care Solutions, we operate with structure, accountability, and strong leadership. We are looking for caregivers who arrive prepared, communicate clearly, and take pride in providing dependable care every shift.

Available Structured Shift Blocks

• 8 AM – 12 PM

• 9 AM – 3 PM

• 1 PM – 5 PM

• 5 PM – 9 PM

• Overnight 9 PM – 7 AM (10-hour awake shift)

Caregivers are scheduled into structured shift blocks based on confirmed availability and agency scheduling needs.

As a Care Provider, you will support clients with daily routines while maintaining a safe, respectful, and professional care environment. Responsibilities may include:

• Assistance with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

• Mobility support and safe transfers

• Meal preparation and nutrition support

• Companionship and meaningful engagement

• Observation and reporting of changes in condition

• Accurate documentation and communication

• Following care plans, safety procedures, and company protocols

All new hires begin as Care Providers, with opportunities to advance into Care Professional and Care Lead roles through demonstrated reliability, competency, and strong performance.

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license

• Reliable transportation and auto insurance

• Smartphone access for scheduling and communication

• Previous caregiving or healthcare experience is helpful but not required

• CNA experience is welcomed but not required

Base Pay:

$23.00–$26.00 per hour

Shift Differential:

Additional $3.00 per hour for:

• Evening shifts (5 PM–9 PM)

• Overnight shifts (9 PM–7 AM)

• Weekend shifts

Additional premium pay may apply for select last-minute coverage needs.
