Experience Momentum is looking for a Full Time Clinical Customer Relations and Sales Assistant Manager for our Mill Creek location.

What we are looking for:

  • Prior management experience overseeing and developing a staff of at least 3
  • Prior experience overseeing scheduling, operations, and workflow of a clinic or like business
  • Prior experience managing multiple systems and people at once
  • Prior experience hiring, training, reviewing and mentoring team members
  • A sincere desire to help all people
  • A positive attitude and belief system

Hours Expectations:

  • 25-30 hours will be spent on the front desk working with your team checking patients in, answering phones and emails, and working with front facing clientele.
  • 10-15 hours will be spent on management and administrative duties.
  • Flexible availability for morning and or evenings on site
