What You will Do:
· Help prepare and serve our legendary crab feast for excited guests.
· Rotate through kitchen stations to build new skills and keep every shift fresh.
· Keep the kitchen spotless, organized, and safety-first.
· Support inventory, deliveries, and the dining room team as needed.
· Follow food safety and sanitation standards during prep, service, and cleanup.
· Coordinate with the server team to keep orders moving and make guests happy.
· Bring energy, teamwork, and a great attitude to every shift.

What You’ll Need
- Age 18 with legal ability to serve alcohol (TAPS Certification provided online)
- Alaska Food Handlers Certification (can be obtained online and submitted prior to arrival)
- Willingness to pass prior to arrival a background check and pre-employment drug test
- Stamina for active shifts and a team-first attitude
- Able to lift 50 pounds
