Applications Developer Experfy posted Dec 23, 2025 Boston, Massachusetts, 02110, United States Contract Hourly Rate $63/hr 1 Position Overview Primary Responsibilities:  Serving on the A&\F IT/OSD technical team and being involved with the database and application design and development via using .NET Core, C#, MVC, JSON, and jQuery.  Enhancing the CUG (Contract User Guide) and SWC (Statewide Contract) index application.  Validating data from multiple sources for completeness, accuracy, and consistency.  Identifying and documenting data issues and collaborating with business stakeholders to resolve them.  Testing the application to ensure compliance with accessibility requirements.  Documenting end-to-end processes and data flows.  Following established business, technical and project policies and guidelines aligned with EOTSS principles and standards to include the following: use of best practices, meeting management, project plans, status reports and dashboards, risk and issue tracking, change requests and resource management. Qualifications:  Minimum 5 years’ experience with ASP.NET, .NET Core, C#, MVC, JSON, and jQuery.  Minimum 5 years’ experience with Microsoft SQL Server.  Must possess expert programming and troubleshooting skills.  Must possess expert performance tuning skills and dynamic SQL skills.  Must be willing to jump into other’s code at any time to solve the problem.  Experience and understanding with unit testing, release procedures, coding design and documentation protocol.  Ability to communicate with technical and business resources at many levels in a manner that supports progress and success.  Ability to understand, appreciate and adapt to new business cultures and ways of working.  Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
