At ExperCARE, we’re passionate about delivering exceptional care with a smile. We’re looking for a Patient Care Coordinator who will be the friendly face that welcomes patients and the detail-oriented team member who keeps our clinic running smoothly.
What You’ll Do
Greet patients and make them feel welcome
Prepare and copy prescriptions, school, and work notes
Schedule appointments and verify pre-certifications when needed
Notify Lab/X-Ray staff when patients are ready
Keep charts organized and labeled correctly
Maintain patient privacy and follow HIPAA guidelines
Support providers, nurses, and teammates whenever needed
What We’re Looking For
High School diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred)
0–2 years of medical terminology experience (2–4 years preferred)
Great communication skills and a friendly attitude
Organized, accurate, and able to multitask
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook & Word
Thrives in a fast-paced environment
