The Opportunity We are growing our import services department in Buffalo, NY, focusing on our customs brokerage product. We are looking to staff for a variety of hours/shifts, including part-time and full-time opportunities.  Major Duties and Responsibilities Ensure a smooth and timely customs process flow Uphold accurate and timely data entry into our operational systems Track and trace customs entry filings  Maintain accurate and timely client invoicing  Understand and follow curated customer Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)  Transfer customs declaration information from documents, or other sources into the customs entry system to allow for the build of a valid customs declaration Assist with verification of customs declaration information and the submission of such to the customs authority Ensure compliance at all times to internal and external regulations Effective interpersonal skills Coachable, receptive to feedback Strong written and verbal communication  Pro-active approach, strong organizational and computer skills Excellent computer skills (Microsoft office suite)  Fluent in reading and writing in English Reporting Structure Customs Brokerage Lead Agent, Supervisor and Manager Our Mission Statement  To set the standard for excellence in global logistics and customer service, through total commitment to quality in people and services, with superior financial results.
