We operate with a small, hands-on team where leadership is involved directly in execution. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building systems, leading people, and improving day-to-day operations in a fast-moving fulfillment environment.

The Role

We’re looking for an Operations Lead / Operations Manager to oversee and execute daily warehouse, fulfillment, and inventory operations alongside our Operations Associates. This role blends hands-on e-commerce order fulfillment with team leadership, inventory management, and operational problem-solving. You will play a key role in ensuring orders ship accurately, inventory stays organized, and the operations team performs at a high level.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and support daily order fulfillment operations, ensuring accuracy, speed, and quality
• Actively pack, pick, and fulfill online customer orders as needed
• Oversee inbound and outbound shipping operations (USPS, UPS, FedEx)
• Manage inventory organization, tracking, and routine inventory counts
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve operational issues and bottlenecks
• Communicate operational updates, risks, and improvements clearly to company partners
• Train, guide, and support Operations Associates and fulfillment staff
• Help build, document, and improve operational workflows and best practices
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse/office environment

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in operations management, warehouse operations, fulfillment, or logistics
• Strong background in packing and fulfilling online or e-commerce orders
• Proven inventory management and organizational experience
• Prior experience leading, supervising, or managing other operations or warehouse staff (preferred)
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead a team effectively
• Hands-on problem-solver who can adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working directly on the floor while leading others
• Knowledge of Pokémon trading cards or collectibles is a plus, but not required

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and move for extended periods during the workday
• Ability to lift and carry packages and inventory (up to ~40 lbs)
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks such as packing, sorting, and inventory handling
