Role Overview:

As a key member of our leadership team, you will identify, qualify, and shape strategic opportunities that leverage ExpediteInfoTech’s cutting-edge capabilities in Cloud Modernization, Cybersecurity (Zero Trust), AI/ML, and Enterprise IT solutions.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned growth executive who blends deep SLED market intelligence with a disciplined approach to business development. You should possess an extensive professional network—including agency executives, procurement officials, and strategic channel partners—and have a proven track record of capturing complex IT service contracts.
Strategic Impact & Ownership:
In this role, you will hold full lifecycle ownership of the SLED pipeline. Your core responsibility is to identify the opportunity to successful capture, proposal contribution, and seamless delivery transition.

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Growth: Design and execute a multi-year SLED growth strategy targeting priority states, local jurisdictions, and educational institutions.
- Pipeline Excellence: Build and maintain a qualified pipeline of new opportunities, task orders, and statewide contract vehicles.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Establish trusted relationships with CIOs, CISOs, procurement officials, and program leaders to showcase the company's capabilities.
- Solution Alignment: Partner with technical teams to align customer needs with our capabilities in Cloud, cybersecurity, Zero Trust, AI/ML, automation, data, ERP, software development, testing, PMO, and staffing.
- Capture Leadership: Lead account planning, competitive assessments, and teaming strategies; support the proposal team to ensure high-win probability. Identify customer priorities, budget signals, policy drivers, procurement roadmaps, and incumbent landscapes to better understand the opportunities early.
- Partnership Management: Cultivate a strategic partner network, including OEMs and local small business ecosystems, to enhance market reach.
- Attending Events: Represent ExpediteInfoTech at industry events, association meetings, procurement forums, and customer engagements to expand brand visibility and generate qualified leads.
- Accountability: Maintain accurate pipeline, call plans, opportunity status, and forecast data in CRM and support monthly growth reviews with executive leadership.
Required qualifications:
- Experience: 10 years of proven success in Business Development or Capture Leadership within the SLED technology sector.
- Market Intelligence: Deep expertise in SLED procurement models, budget cycles, and cooperative purchasing vehicles.
- Track Record: Demonstrated ability to advance a pipeline from lead generation to contract award in IT services or digital transformation.
- Communication: Executive-level presence with the ability to draft compelling briefings, white papers, and presentations.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
