1. Background
The Client's IT Applications Operations (Apps Ops) team requires a System Administrator to support the day-to-day operation, stability, and availability of mission-critical airport applications. These systems support airport operations, tenants, and external users and include both enterprise and web-based applications.
2. Scope of Work
Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 operational support for airport applications, ensuring system reliability, performance, and security. Responsibilities include application administration, web platform support, user access management, and coordination with infrastructure and security teams.

5. Required Skills & Qualifications
Required:

- Service Desk and ITIL processes

- Airport Systems such as SACS, IDMS, CCTV etc.
- Cloud platforms (Azure/AWS)
- Scripting (PowerShell/Bash)
