Required Qualifications
" Experience: 10 years of progressive leadership experience in a large-scale Finance organization.
" Technical Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in Excel, including Visual Basic (VBA) and Macros. Proven experience in data architecture and tool standardization.
" Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of general accounting principles, financial risk management, and regulatory reporting requirements.
" Education: Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or a related field. Masters Degree (MBA/MSA) or CPA/CFA preferred.
